Additions and corrections made in June 2010.

1. First (short-lived) isomer production probability in the MF=9, MT=102 for ¹⁷⁷Hf at low energies is three times increased (up to 0.003) for tacking into account published experimental data. Probability of ¹⁷⁸Hfg production is correspondingly reduced.
2. Different kind format errors are eliminated in the data files for ³He, ⁵¹V, V^nat, ¹³³Ba^m, ¹³⁵Ba^m, ¹⁹²Ir^m, ¹⁹⁴Ir^m, ²¹⁰Bi^m, ²²⁸Th, ²⁴²Pu, ²⁴³Cm and ²⁵³Cm

All data files of the RUSFOND version being presented were successfully processed to the ABBN 299-group neutron constants with the help of NJOY code. Data files for the main reactor materials were converted to ACE format.
